This is a free consultation to discuss your dreams, plans and actions.  This session is to determine if we are a good fit for a coaching relationship.  

This coaching relationship assists clients making changes in their lives to improve their home life, career and performance.

This coaching approach focuses on career decision and career changes.  This is a good choice for younger clients that are unsure what future to pursue and what is needed to achieve a worklife.  This approach is also a good choice for folks that are considering career changes including starting a personal business.

This approach is targets folks that are considering life & career changes including career change, starting a personal business, moving past death/divorce.   This is the kind of coaching I needed when I was transitioning from corporate America to counseling....but I was not smart enough to get coaching so my trransition took much longer.  

Face 2 face, Skype, Phone call or client site (concierge)

This type of coaching is for clients that are struggling with some form of addiction and need the mentoring and accountability of another person.  This approach is highly personal.  Client's seeking this type of coaching will be screen heavily based on their commitment and interpersonal fit with their coach.  Candidates have an opportunity to work with a coach with over 30 years of recovery from alcohol and drugs.

Face 2 Face, Skype, Phone Call, client site (concierge) when possible

This will be a new coaching regimen made available to clients that have suffered from a personal disaster or natural disaster.  This type of coaching picks up after the initial disaster support agencies (e.g. Red Cross, churches, etc.) have done what they can do.  Unfortunately, recovering from disasters often times leaves those affected, alone and at the mercy of others that may or may not have their best interest in mind. 

Due to the time and emotional intensiveness in this type of coaching, the number of clients will be limited and heavily screened.  Recommendations by employers and employer-assistance will be considered, too.  Clients will have the opportunity to work with a Certified Disaster Recovery Coach with training in Critical Incident Stress Managment for Individuals and Groups; Community Emergency Response Training and licensed professional mental health counselor.
